Notice: DealNiva is NOT a direct seller, retail storefront, manufacturer, or shipping carrier. All product sales, payment processing, packaging, dispatch, and returns take place on third-party merchant platforms (e.g. AliExpress) subject to their own respective customer terms.
3. Pricing & Availability Disclaimers
While DealNiva constantly synchronizes pricing and stock data via official APIs, prices and coupon discounts set by AliExpress sellers may fluctuate rapidly based on exchange rates, flash sales, and inventory availability.
The final, authoritative price is always the price displayed on the seller's checkout page at the time of purchase. DealNiva assumes no liability for discrepancies resulting from seller price adjustments after our curation cycle.
4. Third-Party Transactions & Buyer Protection
When you click an outbound link (such as /go/[productId]), you leave DealNiva and are redirected to AliExpress. Any transaction completed is strictly between you and the independent merchant on AliExpress. All orders are subject to the AliExpress Buyer Protection Program, refund policies, and dispute mechanisms.
5. Intellectual Property
All original editorial copy, curated comparison tables, site code, design assets, and the Deal Score proprietary algorithm are the intellectual property of DealNiva. You may not reproduce, scrape, or distribute our content without prior written permission.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall DealNiva, its founders, editors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our site, product defects from third-party sellers, delayed shipments, or reliance on curated information.
